Over time I've become more and more disenchanted with SVN (especially when I found out that DVCS' like git have commits seperated from pushes... revolutionary!) Soon enough I'll probably be switching my own repositories from SVN to Mercurial. Only a few things holding me back though:
1) SVN is everywhere! If the computers at school have any VCS type things installed, it's usually TortoiseSVN
2) Well, actually, there's only one thing holding me back

Excitingly enough my AVR Dragon is here. Before I get started though I still need to get a few chips and components before I can start fooling with it. After I get my kit completed, I'll start work on a few interesting ideas and post them on my projects page.

After much frustration, I've finally gotten mod_fastcgi set up in lighttpd and ready to use with Django. What will I be using Django for? My new projects page. With any luck this will work out better than the small javascript dropdown I have now! Stay tuned for any further updates I may have of my Django progress.
