Start of Code

It's finally the start of Summer of Code (yeah, I'm a few days late to it, but I have another job as well!) On this successful Wednesday I was able to get a base gozerbot up and running without any unneeded plugins, thanks to the help of dunk_, the creator of gozerbot.
